Gatlinburg Log Cabin For Two

Gatlinburg house

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 2

“Nice little cabin in the woods.” First off the cabin was very clean. It was just a few minutes drive into Gatlinburg. There is a jacuzzi in the living room that we didn't use, just personal preference. The bedroom is in an upstairs loft. It was so quaint and cozy. A little dated, but again, it was CLEAN. It also had a washer and dryer. It was close to two other cabins. We enjoyed our short 2 night stay and would definitely recommend.

AMERICAN PATRIOT HAVEN on the Creek

Gatlinburg house

3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Family Friendly Vacation Home” The American Patriot Haven was family friendly, my grandkids loved the rooms, and TV. My 5 year old grandson picked the bedrooms we were to sleep in and my granddaughter picked the TV programs we watched. They wanted to play basketball, but we did not have time. So, they decided we need to stay there again but next time stay longer. The location is perfect; it is close to everything we were interested in seeing. We have season tickets to Dollywood and were pleasantly surprised how quick it was to get there. The house was very clean and accommodating; it had everything we needed. Renee called to check on us and to see if we needed anything. That was a very nice personal touch. We will definitely stay again and recommend the rental to friends. Great place, thank you for a positive experience.

Rushing Waters Cabin-Romantic Waterfall Cabin

Gatlinburg log cabin

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 2

“Piece of heaven” Wonderful cabin by a rushing waters stream. Tranquil yet energizing the spirit. Secluded yet easy to find. The view from the cabin to the stream is great. The cabin is fully stocked (all appliances, large and small, table ware, and cook wear. The bed was very comfortable, slept great. Hot tub was clean and worked great. The jacuzzi is large enough to lay down in. About 5 miles away on the way to Gatlinburg, is Trish's Diner. Great home cooked style meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all 5 star. We had a wonderful time at Rushing Waters Cabin. Whenever we plan to be in the area, we will absolutely rent this cabin again. If you ever have a chance to meet the owner, you will find a sweet and caring host.

log cabin 2 blocks off parkway with mountain views

Pigeon Forge log cabin

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 4

“Sad to Leave” Vacationing with my husband and my parents, we wanted to stay together while having our own private spaces. This cabin fit perfectly. The cabin can comfortably sleeps six, but 4 or less is ideal. The upstairs loft was adorable and my parents chose to stay up there because they thought it would be fun. It had twin beds, so not the most romantic of arrangements...but still fun and unique. The master bedroom was nice. The bed was a little on the soft side for my liking...but that's just me. We kept so busy during the week, I still managed to sleep like a baby the whole trip. The hot tub was always nice and hot and I loved sitting in there at night listening to the sounds and enjoying the view. The shower was a bit of an experience, but nothing I couldn't adapt to. It's a little on the small side, so I recommend making sure the water is to your liking before stepping in, lol. I loved the kitchen, it was wonderful having a full sized fridge, a microwave, toaster, small stove and dish washer. We went grocery shopping upon arriving in town, which saved us a lot of money by not eating out all the time. The biggest draw of all was the washer/dryer. Knowing we could do laundry allowed us to minimize our luggage as well. Over the course of six nights, we fell in love with this cabin and did not want to leave. Our last morning was spent running around, taking pictures of every last nook and cranny...preserving every memory we could. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else whenever we visit Pigeon Forge from now on. In a moment, Trip Advisor is going to as me if I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend... not only will I, I haven't shut up about it. I can't stop telling my friends about it. :)

Gatlinburg Cabin, no mtns to climb 3 bedroom

Gatlinburg log cabin

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Spacious and quiet” I have never rented a cabin before so I do not have a reference point. I have an extended family visiting us and hotel rooms just did not seem feasible for us. The owner, Jim, was very easy to deal with - answered the phone immediately and explained everything to me how the cabin rental worked. We had a small dog so pet friendly was a big plus. Cabin itself is on a very quiet street. It was a little scary driving at night up the road since it was one way road leading up to the cabin and it was a little narrow. The cabin was very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (I think less that 10-15 minutes drive with no traffic). One thing that sucked (and it really was not a negative towards the cabin itself) was very poor cellular coverage once at the cabin (may be it was just my provider - Tmobile, but, thankfully, the owners provide access to both cable TV and internet so WiFi calling was working as expected for Tmobile). Cabin had no steps (a big plus) and everything inside was provided (linens, plates, silverware, trash bags, roll of paper towels and toilet tissue) - we liked everything about the cabin except one (may be minor) annoyance - the grout between the floor tiles could use some (ok, a lot of) scrubbing. We did not try the hot tub, but it seemed to be very clean and ready. I was ok with pet charge ($25 for the whole stay), but cleaning charge should be incorporated a little differently. We were charged a flat fee of $70 for cleaning and it seems that this fee is the same regardless of the stay length. I would like to see this fee somehow incorporated into the nightly rates themselves - it may be the same price at the end for the customer, but seeing that fee was a little irritating to say at least. Overall, I think we will definitely consider this cabin again upon our return to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Gatlinburg log cabin

“Amazing!!!” This was a beautiful, cozy 1 bedroom getaway! We went for our anniversary trip and had nothing shy of beautiful. The cabin was so prepared, it was very clean. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes and extra blankets/pillows. You walk in to a beautiful Christmas tree and fireplace. The living room is where we spent our time relaxing and playing with a few of the board games. The jet tub by the bed was convenient!! It was nice being able to relax in the tub then flop right into bed haha. We enjoyed our stay and hope to use Valeria’s Beary tales when we are coming with just us 2. You could easily fit two more guest in the sleeper sofa, so a family of 3 or 4 would still have fun. It is the perfect size, perfect price and perfect spot from the cities. I can’t wait to return!

Little Pigeon River Chalet

Pigeon Forge chalet

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Magnificent Place to Stay in Pigeon Forge” First of all thanks to the Owner (Clint) for opening this property to us. We had a a wonderful time. The Property is in a perfect location if you want to avoid driving aorund the Pigeon Forge Parkway during your stay. The local Trolley comes around and can take you up and down the main drag during their working hours. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the access in and out to the property is super convenient. No issue with rowdy neighbors either. This area seem like it was very family oriented. The property itself has everything you'll need and everything in the property is very nicely arranged and furnished. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dinner table, den, front and back porches, and the best feature, the reserved firepit sitting area right on the edge of the creek that runs in front of the property. Imagine your own segment of the creek, duck, geese squirrels and all the rest. Our week was probably a-typical for the cabin renting crowd as we were visiting to attend the Rennsport Dragon Rally Porche event Fri-Sun and our plans were to drive all around the Smokies between TN, NC and GA (600+ miles all weekend). We left early morning and came back late evening most days. This cabin is minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and some of the most beautiful roads to drive on during the peak of the turning leaves season in Eastern TN. Trip of a lifetime!!!

“Awesome” We had an awesome weekend at the cabin. It was very clean, conveniently located and the perfect spot to gather family and make memories. The bear decor throughout the cabin gave us that Smokey Mtn experience too. I have one suggestion though. There were only one towel per person for the whole weekend which made it hard to enjoy the hot tub then take a shower. I would have gladly brought my own if we were told. Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations. We will return and tell ours friends

“Breathtaking Views!” The views from this mountain-top cabin are breathtaking! Secluded amongst the amazing scenery you won't want to leave the wrap around porch - but conveniently located, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only minutes away. The cabin has been fully updated staying true to it's wooded origin while providing modern conveniences you would expect to find only at a luxury hotel. We definitely recommend this hidden gem!

“Clean and comfortable” Great cabin and very comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and prompt in their replies. The cabin itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Was disappointed the fireplace was completely cosmetic and had no actual flame. Though the location was fantastic, I was not too thrilled with where the cabin was. I was unaware it was located in what felt like an HOA. All the cabins were on top of each other and it felt more like a neighborhood home. The trip was great though and we appreciate the kindness shown by the owners.

“Awesome mountain getaway” Beautiful cabin with an amazing view. Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. Game room was so much fun. Hot tub was fabulous. Close to all activities but away from the crowds. We had a three bear welcoming committee when we arrived and they were spotted a few times during our stay. Don't leave your car windows down, the bears will climb in to look for snacks. The driveway is steep and sideways but accommodated all three of our vehicles. The keypad door lock was great- everyone could come and go as they pleased without needing to pass keys around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable, each decorated with a mountain theme. Bring extra bath towels if you need more than one towel per person. Laundry room was well equipped. Cabin is generous with "starter" supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bag, single use dish and laundry detergents) but you will need to bring or buy more for your stay. The whole family had an awesome time and hated to leave! We will definitely stay again!

“The Best Get Away Ever” Came across this little keeper and so glad we did! Everything was perfect. The host and hostess were wonderful. They answered all the questions we could throw at them, gave great suggestions and totally respected our privacy. If any review says these two are not "social-able" its only because you didn't attempt to talk to them first. Would totally stay here again in a heartbeat! (Sidenote: We should have gotten the Uber App when we arrived instead of waiting until the last night...it is the cheapest and cleanest taxi cab service in Nashville)

“Stunning first class mountain retreat” The lodge is absolutely fantastic...the pictures do not even compare to the reality of this place. The view is stunning and we enjoyed relaxing out there by the outdoor fireplace with our coffee and most meals...There is even a covered porch swing that we were able to use when it was raining and see the rainbow over the mountains. The children were well occupied playing pool and foosball and air hockey as well. The kitchen is gourmet and we enjoyed preparing several meals there. Also, it is super convenient not only to town and the national park, but also to one of the areas biggest attractions, the OBER ski resort...my kids loved the alpine slide up there. The attention to detail in the decor is unmatched in any of the places we've stayed before and the beds were super comfy as well!
