“Great place and wonderful owners” We had a great experience at Sea La Vie. We used to stay right at the boardwalk. But now we discovered how much better this area is. It is the best of both worlds: calm and beautiful beach that is not too crowded, but is also very close to the fun activities and night life of the boardwalk. “A great time at a great place” The home was in a ideal location across the street from the beach, the oversize pool was a relaxing treat after a day in the waves. The only negative was that the washer was outdated and took exceptionally long to fill with water, and the internet service was weak. We did make two calls for assistance with a much needed table umbrella for the pool area which we received the next day, and when the pool filter stopped working, the pool service was there within an hour. I would recommend this rental and would request it again.

“Windjammer is a beautiful, comfortable and fun place to spend ou” We rented this well equipped house for a week. The bedrooms are lovely, and the kitchen is roomy. The location is great because we had ocean views without oceanfront fees. We liked the living space very much. We had a problem with the refrigerator leaking and the rental company responded appropriately. We have been coming to Windjammer for 3 years, and will come again next summer!!

Beautiful and great location

The home was great and had 5 rooms which gave each couple their own room. It was a close walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as dining options. The things that would make this rental better would be the key to storage shed and a vacuum cleaner. Both were missing upon arrival and when I called to let the property manager know they did not bring one to the house for our use. This was an inconvenience and made storing our stuff in the house a necessity. And it didn’t allow me to clean up as I would have liked to each day after being at the sandy beach. The house was furnished nice and all the beds and sofa were very comfortable. We wished there were more pots and pans and cooking sheets as we tried to keep down costs by cooking breakfast and lunch. Also the carpet in the family room shed unmercifully and without a vacuum it led to a lot of lint bunnies. We would rent here again if we return to VA Beach … see more
Incredible Ocean View in The North End of Virginia Beach
Stunning Charmer!

The apartment had a wonderfully homey cottage feel, was well kept, cleaned, and stocked, and only a short walk to the beach. We loved the porch!!! The location on the North End was isolated enough that the beach was never crowded, even empty most days, but still a close enough drive to the boardwalk that we could easily go down into town to shop and eat. An outdoor shower and foot shower came in handy. The house was quiet, no problems with A/C, and it was especially comfortable with your own linens. Fantastic Oceanside Seashore Delight- 100 Yards to the Beach
Really nice place in a great location just a 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Well maintained and clean 3-floor duplex. No negative surprises and very comfortable. Finding beach umbrella/chairs/skimboards/etc. for our use was a nice bonus. Location is about 2 miles from the main beach activities, which is nice because it is not so crowded - the sand is just as nice but there are fewer people. But it does mean restaurants and shops are a short car ride away (unless you are ambitious about walking or biking). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. … see more

We come down from NJ often as our son serves in the Coast Guard and VB is a great meeting place. This unit is located in the heart of VB. Very clean with modern decor. Conveniently located 1 block away from a supermarket so we cooked all our dinners in. Plenty of room for 4 although can sleep more. Management was very attentive with all needs. Beautiful, beachview, spacious, ELEAVATOR, perfect!!!

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Galaxsea home. The location was perfect distance from the beach. It was nice getting up in the morning and sitting on the deck watching the ocean. There was an elevator which was a great help especially since the kitchen was on the third floor and we had to transport all the groceries up there. It was just a unfortunate that it wouldn't work too good when going from third floor to second. It would not stop level on 2nd floor, so you had to ride to the first floor and come back up. We had a disable person with us so it was such a help for them to enjoy everything with us. The only thing I could say bad about the place is the shower curtains definitely needed to be changed, And there was not a mop to clean up any little spills in the kitchen. The location was perfect for going to any stores to pick up items also. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group WITH or without kids. … see more
