“Always Amazing” We love staying in Beach Mist #5. Being mere seconds from the beach is heavenly, but it is also nice to lay out on the beautifully decorated deck and relax. We also love being close to tax-free shopping in Delaware. It is a nice, quiet spot that doesn't have a lot of traffic buzzing by, but everything from Billy's to the boardwalk is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back.

We were so happy and relaxed during our stay at Seagate. The home was steps to the beach which was a must for us. There were also 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts,and a community game room. Gorgeous landscaping everywhere which lent to the relaxing atmosphere we desired. The home was lovely. Updated, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect pet friendly house close to the beach in a perfect little town

The house was perfect for our muti generation family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to be together in the dining / living room / sun room. The 5 bedrooms is a plus and the "kids room" had lots of bed space and play room. The back deck and shower were perfect for coming back from the beach and rinsing off and hanging out. You can walk to anywhere you need to - the beach, the ice cream parlor, Grottos, the beach store. We never left Dewey! Location, Space Convenience!

A group of former co workers and I get together every year to visit Dewey beach. It is something we look forward to year after year and is definitely a highlight to see each other. Our previous home slept the same number of people, had the same amount of parking spots, was a half block closer to the beach, and had less than half the amount of bathrooms. This house exceeded in all areas. The parking was simple, reserved, and accessible. No one had to block anyone else in, there are 6 individually labeled spots. The house has two spacious and comfortable common areas, 6 bathrooms, a half bath, and 6 very nice size bedrooms. Soooo much space! For the money spent it is absolutely perfect. It feels like a beach home, decor and all, minus the sand. This house was so clean when we arrived I do not think there was one grain of sand to be found. It was amazing! The location is definitely perfect. It is on a great street to crowd watch from one of the numerous decks, walk to the beach (maybe 2-3 minute walk), and all of the clubs and restaurants surround you. Yes, you are on a Main Street so there is a lot of noise... they provided white noise machines in EVERY ROOM! Not just the bedrooms. I never used one before but shortly after laying down and thinking of how noisy the street was I remembered seeing one in my room, turned it on, and slept amazing all night. I even looked up the model number because I loved it so much and have one that just arrived from amazon to my home! This home might not have the “newest” look in photos, but I can promise that it is meticulously cared for, maintained, and cleaned. I feel like I am rambling but there is more. The foot rests, table tops, and other common surfaces all had plastic covering them. When you are in a place so many people and families stay in that is beyond appreciated (for me-due to germs and such). All of the hard wooden surfaces and cloth surfaces are like bran new because of this plastic and you can also easily clean everything during your stay and rest assured knowing nothing would stain with families/friends and everything is sterile.
