“Great condo and location” We booked this condo for 3 nights at the last minute due to our pre-booked accommodation being cancelled. The owner replied to our enquiry immediately and answered all emails very promptly and emailed during our stay to check everything was ok. Although we had to go to a different building close by, the check-in and out was easy. The condo itself was in a fantastic location. Great for us as we didn't want to be in the centre of Vegas but it was only half hour drive away. The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted to self cater but there were restaurants in the complex if you wanted to eat out and a grocery store which had quite a good selection of food. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and could use all of the facilities. We had very easy access to Lake Mead and an hour's drive to Valley of Fire State Park. We would definitely stay here again if we flew into Las Vegas.

“Spacious comfortable suite near the Strip” Stayed here with our two teen daughters and had plenty of room; a king bed in the main suite and a king bed in the lock off. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities. Resort had many activities going on and we were able to participate in all of them. We were almost suckered into attending a timeshare presentation; word of advice -- when the concierge asks if you're planning on seeing any shows, tell them you've got that all taken care of and you don't need any tickets. Otherwise you'll find yourself being offered seemingly innocuous discounts, only to be slowly roped into scheduling a timeshare presentation because the show discounts are so good and only available if you go on a tour. Don't do it, politely decline. Just get your parking pass (which is all you really need from the concierge) and head on up to your room. I will say, though, that at least the concierge gave us the tips on where to find free parking on the Strip; we parked for free at Planet Hollywood to be near Paris & Bellagio, and we parked for free at Tropicana to be near Excalibur & Luxor. There's also free parking further north on the strip but we never headed that way so I don't recall which casinos offer it. The resort also has a free shuttle to Bally's. We really appreciated the grill/deli items at the resort, like burgers, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items, but the unit has a full kitchen if you want to prep your own meals. Unlike a hotel, they do not do daily housekeeping, which was fine by us. The pools were a nice temperature (they have a large family pool and a large adults-only pool). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Really great for families.

“Family Retreat” Location, amenities, comfort, and service had it all in aces. Entire family had great time! (16 people) we occupied 3 of the 3 bdrm suites. Just off the strip, a little more quite. Concierge very helpful in getting show tickets and excursion setup. Wonderful pool side service and facility. Would stay hear anytime.

“This place is awesome!” We were so happy with our Vegas experience. Franco and Kay were amazing hosts. We arrived on Easter for our 8 night stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find hidden Easter eggs in the yard along with candy filled baskets for our 3 children. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room and even the dog Copper. We found all of there suggestions very helpful. Franco even got us free tickets to a magic show on the strip. In short, we loved this place and would go back again if we were to visit Vegas again.
